Curriculum Implementation: Deliver comprehensive English lessons using the Oxford Discover 6 (inquiry-based learning) and Starlight 5 (high-level communicative) frameworks to Upper Primary students. Critical Thinking Development: Facilitate "Big Question" inquiries (Oxford Discover) to encourage students to think critically about global topics, science, and social studies in their second language. Integrated Skills Instruction: Design and execute lesson plans focusing on the four core competencies—Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking—tailored to the specific linguistic needs of Thai learners. Assessment & Data Tracking: Create, administer, and grade periodic examinations and formative assessments to monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment for Grade 5 and 6 students, utilizing culturally sensitive motivational techniques appropriate for a Thai school context. Differentiated Instruction: Adapt complex texts and grammatical concepts from the Starlight and Oxford series to support a wide range of English proficiency levels within the same classroom. Stakeholder Communication: Participate in departmental meetings and provide regular updates to parents and school administration regarding student academic performance and behavioral development.
